Shipping policy
- Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your track & trace number will also be shared via email. Additional updates may also be sent by email. Please add info@kidsdiystore.com to your address book or check your spam folder regularly.
- Delivery Time
The product is shipped from our supplier outside the EU. It takes 1–2 business days to process the order before shipment. Estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days before the package arrives.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Orders placed during weekends are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday. If you have a deadline for a specific order, we recommend placing it well in advance. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to holidays or other external factors.
- Unexpected Customs Delays
In rare cases, customs authorities may hold packages longer than expected when shipped internationally. If this happens, we kindly ask for your patience, and we will keep you informed regarding the expected delivery time. Kids DIY Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
- Address Information
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Even though orders are manually prepared, the customer must ensure that all information is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer. Any additional shipping costs related to retrieving or replacing a lost package due to incorrect address information will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Receiving Goods
We are not responsible for receiving the goods on behalf of the customer. The customer is responsible for being available at the time of delivery or ensuring that someone is available to receive the package.
If multiple delivery attempts fail and the package is sent to a pickup point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package in time or arrange for someone else to do so. You are responsible for regularly checking your track & trace information to avoid missing the delivery. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to Kids DIY Store. Of course, the package can be resent at the buyer’s expense.
If a product is returned because it was not collected, the invoice will still remain valid.
Orders are shipped from one of our international warehouses, which may result in VAT or import fees. If this happens, please contact us at info@kidsdiystore.com and we will help resolve the issue.
