Kids DIY Store is owned and operated by Lagsmycken AB, company registration number 559165-0444, with its registered office in Sundbyberg (Stockholm area), Sweden.
If you wish to contact us, please send an email to info@kidsdiystore.com with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing address, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at info@kidsdiystore.com.

3. Delivery
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed no earlier than the next business day.

All our products are delivered within Sweden within 3–5 business days via tracked shipping with PostNord if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, your order will be shipped from our international warehouse with a delivery time of 10–14 business days (tracked shipping).

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may be required to pay import fees. Please contact us if this occurs and we will assist you.

If delivery delays occur (without prior notice of extended delivery time), please contact us at info@kidsdiystore.com.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK but can be converted to local currency.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors in price lists, or incorrect pricing due to inaccurate information.

Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to info@kidsdiystore.com. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.

You must return the products to us without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well packaged and returned in their original packaging.

5.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products tailored specifically for you
  • Services that have been fully performed with your consent
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate (e.g., food)
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines

Complaints and Claims
If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, replace the product free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to submit a complaint
Any defects must be reported to info@kidsdiystore.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not deemed defective under applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the product.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier issues.

We also assume no responsibility for changes made to products or product features by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color variations may occur depending on screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.

According to applicable electronic communications laws, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that enable various website functions and allow tracking of user behavior.

Payment providers used: Card payments and Klarna.

10.4.2 Shipping companies
To deliver your order, we share necessary information such as name and address with shipping providers. Email and/or phone number may also be shared for delivery notifications.

Shipping partners: PostNord and DHL.

Any disputes shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
